Refund Policy
Will process the refund only after getting a cancellation request/claim from the customer/travel agent/corporate company through email.
Refunds against the cancellation of air tickets & hotel bookings will be credited directly to the customer’s mode of payment after receiving the refund amount from the Airlines & Hotels respectively.
Step2Africa will process the refund within 24 hours only after receiving it from the concerned Host/Operator /Transporter/Other Suppliers.
Due to Banking Procedures, a Refund on credit cards may take a duration of 3-4 banking days while it may take 7 days in the case of net banking transactions.
If you’re experiencing an issue during your stay, you can ask your Host to fix it, request a partial refund, or request to cancel your reservation for a full refund. It’s important to submit your request within 24 hours of noticing the issue, and your Host will have 1 hour to respond. If they decline or don’t respond, you can ask Step2Africa to step in to help.
Cancellation of your booking is possible at any point; nevertheless, it’s important to note that the tour operator’s cancellation fees generally escalate as your departure date draws nearer.
